My favorite breakfast in the summer is blueberries from Lakeside Orchards with plain Greek yogurt and a drizzle of raw honey. It also makes a great snack on a hot day.
Sometimes I add a sprinkle of cinnamon or some Good Life Granola that I buy at the Holland farmers market!
Fresh berries of any kind or peaches also work well!
If I'm using frozen fruit, I allow it to thaw for 30 - 45 minutes on the counter top. (You could also use the microwave.)
