Be Real Health Journal

Then follow the 28-day health journal checklist to evaluate each area to get an idea of your overall health and where you may need to make adjustments.

I love checklists, they help me stay accountable to myself as well as help me remember what I need to do. That's why I've created the Be Real Health Journal, for other checklist-lovers like me!

The checklist provides reminders for getting enough water, sleep, nutrition, supplements, etc, as well as help you keep track of the food you eat and how it makes you feel, so you'll notice if a pattern emerges - either good or bad!
