My Ministry

I specialize in helping women discover that eating healthy doesn't have to be a time consuming chore. Neither does it mean eating only "twigs", tofu, wheat grass, and sprouts, but normal food found at the local grocery store. Creating healthy meals can be as easy as reading labels and adding whole grains, quality protein and fresh food from the produce department, or better yet, the farmers market!
